SHIPPING
Don't you want your tea delivered as soon as possible? We do and we try our best to make that happen. All our Australia orders are shipped via Express Australia Post meaning we guarantee next business day delivery within the Express post delivery network.

Shipping rates are detailed below. 

AUSTRALIA
Free shipping (Express Australia parcel post) within Australia on orders of $60 or more.  

All orders less than $60 will incur a fixed postage and handling of $6 (Express Australia parcel post). 

Note: Chá Chinese Tea "Samplers" are shipped for free

New Zealand
Free shipping (Australia Post Air Mail) to New Zealand on orders of $75 or more.  

All orders less than $75 will incur a fixed postage and handling of $10 (Australia Post Air Mail)

Note: Chá Chinese Tea "Samplers" are shipped fixed postage and handling of $2.50.

INTERNATIONAL
Unfortunately we are currently unable to ship internationally besides New Zealand. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS

Exchange and returns of merchandise are welcome within 30 days of purchase. All exchange/ return costs will be the customer’s responsibility unless you are returning a faulty product. If your package is visually damaged or opened, please insist that this is noted with the carrier before signing for your order. Returns/exchanges will only be accepted if the products safety seal is unopened.

If you wish to make an exchange or return, please email sales@chinese-tea.com.au and you will be provided with an Exchange/Return Reference Number and a return address. Upon receipt of the original product and payment (if applicable), the exchanged item will be shipped in our next dispatch. For returns, payment will be issued via the same means as your original purchase.
