- Our Dragon Well or Long Ching is arguably the most famous Chinese green tea gaining imperial status in the Qing dynasty and consistently highly ranked in reputable public rankings. Handpicked in the clear high mountains located 1100 feet above sea level in Hangzhou, each handpicked leaf is pan-fired by skilled tea masters from techniques handed down from centuries ago. Delicate craftsmanship produces smooth flattened leaves that brews a jade green liquor with a refreshing green, chestnut and buttery crisp taste.
